Rediscovering WW Virtual Workshops: So Much More Than I Expected

It’s been a while since I attended a WW (formerly Weight Watchers) Virtual Meeting. As a longtime Lifetime member who’s been at or under goal for more than 15 years—and a former WW Receptionist and Coach in Arizona—I have seen this program from all sides.

It took me decades to figure out what worked for me, but once I did, I stayed committed. Even now, WW continues to be a part of my wellness journey.

Today I joined a Food Finds session that focused on grilling. I came away with some amazing ideas for sauces, seasoning blends, and low-Point cooking tools that I can’t wait to try. It felt like the kind of insider knowledge you’d only get from a seasoned member—or a Coach—who has been living this lifestyle day in and day out.
