Picked up this Swerve Monster Cookie Mix for $6.48 at my local Walmart the other day. When following the package instructions, you will end up with 15 cookies at a cost of about $0.43 each. The cost per cookie will actually be a bit more though because you do have to factor in the cost of the added ingredients – an egg, milk and peanut butter.
This monster cookie mix is gluten-free and made with no artificial flavors or preservatives.
We both thought these cookies tasted great with soft and chewy texture – which is how I prefer my cookies. The peanut butter flavor really shines through. I wish there were a few more candies in the mix – but suppose you could always add in extra M&M’s and just count those extra points. They are a low calorie, low net carb cookie after all!
