Ingredients

Tzatziki Yogurt Dip

Low Sodium Wild Caught Light Tuna in Water

Fresh Baby Spinach

Campari Tomato

Greek Kalamata Olives

Whole Wheat Pita Bread (I used Joseph’s Flax, Oat Bran and Whole Wheat Pita)

Recipe Notes

For a little extra taste of the Mediterranean, try adding a little fresh or dried dill when mixing the tuna salad.

Instead of chopped Kalamata olives, substitute some Traditional Olive Tapenade from Trader Joe’s. Additionally, you can add in some chopped sun-dried tomatoes.

Instead of stuffing a pita pocket, you can spread this delicious tuna salad on whole wheat crackers, pita crackers, toasted English muffins, or scooped over a bed of mixed greens for a lower carb meal.
